Scope of application:

It’s suitable to repair concrete exfoliation caused by reinforcement corrosion; repair the structural defects or concrete components part; fill in the gap between the decorative window.

Construction technology
Base treatment: Before construction, cut into the maintenance scope about 10 mm with cutting machine, chiseling all loose concrete away, remove rust iron thoroughly, and remove dust on the surface of the concrete, And then coated with repair mortar interface agent on the steel surface. If the base plane is dry completely before plastering repair mortar, must be clean with water thoroughly and plaster again, and then can plaster the repair mortar.???????????????????????????

Stirring: mix mortar with quantitative water (add water gradually), stirring with the right type of blender mixing about 5 min, until evenly without block.
Construction: Put and overwhelm the repair mortar with a spatula or with artificial construction directly on the base plane of the coating interface. In general, the? thickness of single-layer is 30 mm, if the coating is so thick that it drops down, you must wipe out the affected parts. And plastering a thinner mortar on it again. Thicker parts maintenance need to daub in multilayer daub manner. Please scrape the next coating after the first coating is completely dry.
Maintenance: Exposed surface need to maintenance after construction, it can use the suitable curing agent, watering continuous and other maintenance ways.

Attention:

1. Should clean and wet the base plane before construction.
2. The stirred slurry should be finished within 4 hours.
3. Avoid construction below 5 ℃, 40 ℃ above environment.
4. The layer is completed, should be natural maintenance more than 3 days, can do the next working procedure construction.
5. Don’t use the dried paste by re-adding water.
